Yes,of course.   It did nothing.

The "pours" are drawn on the top of the board using the rectangle and 
polygon tools. Its a "one layer" board.

I tried the thermal, but nothing happened.  But,  after ctl-shift-k, the 
rats net shows everything is connected.
