incorrect FSF address in files

rpmlint reports a lot of incorrect FSF addresses in the m4 library files, gschem forward annotation scheme file and the COPYING file.

I found one additional instance of the incorrect address in parse_y.y. I added a commit and pushed. I looked through your commits and all of the updates look correct.
