Bug Description
Smilie <smilie_
I have a feature request for pcb.
pcb shall test while startup for a running instance of pcb with the
same file.
it is confusing, if i have two pcb open, and have no idea for changes
in the older instance.

Just as a pointer for anyone looking into this, the existing DBUS interface can be used to find open copies of pcb and what file they have open.
An alternative (possibly more traditional) might be to drop a lock file on disk when we open a file. (More useful in a shared network environment).
