Bug Description
when using the `djopt(miter)` on manually placed routes (ie. running `OptAutoOnly()`), not only does it affect the wire layers, but also the outline layer.
the silk screen layers are unaffected by this. i did not test any of the other optimizations' effect on the outline layer yet.
i suggest that the outline layer be ignored when mitering.
