The windows version writes broken absolute path to *.pcb file

Bug Description

The windows version of pcb writes broken absolute path to *.pcb file .

Real world example:
 Attribute("import::src0" "E:DokumenteKlausArbeitDoktorElektronikPhotodiode MMIC 2.0PD-mmic2.0.sch")

There are no "/" or "\" to seperate the levels of the file tree.

Consequently, import_schematic fails with "file not found".
