Bug Description
m4lib_to_newlib uses the three-argument version of match.
mawk is what 12.04 comes installed with.
mawk only implements the two-argument version.
Thus, pcb requires gawk and needs a build dependency on same.

bdale tried a rebuild of the 20110918 snapshot tar ball, and it built just fine without gawk. That's because newlib didn't need to be rebuilt, as it was included in the snapshot tar ball. I built straight from the git repository. Just FYI.
