Bug Description

I observed a strange bug, `Realign Grid' from main menu is not working properly when this menu item located above the pcb drawing area (with unity/global menu in Ubuntu it is not always so).
In this case function ghid_get_coords returns the coordinates immediately, not after the mouse click.

Ubuntu 12.10, PCB from git, revision dfc2250dfdadcabfbf23afa93ee74f3e6172e607.

I found a mention of the problem in the mailing list:

Some other menu commands also do not work properly. For example, `Select->Move selected elements to other side' should wait for a mouse click, but it gets wrong coordinates immediately after clicking on the menu item.

Probably, this problem was caused by Compiz. Now I use KDE with kwin and everything is working properly.

simple work around is to position the cursor and use key shortcuts to execute the menu command.

The interface seems to wrongly interpret the mouse up event while the command is being selected from the menu.
