Bug Description
There is some inconsistency in error handling when multiple files are processed (in pbzip2 1.1.5). E.g.:
* single vs multi -threaded mode: On severe failure on decompression of single file aborts the whole process when running in multi-threaded mode but does not when in single-thread mode (small files).
/bzip2 does abort in such cases so this is what we should do with pbzip2 too/.
* On skip-errors of given file - next file processing is sometimes affected
