Bug Description

While running a TPC-C test (https://code.launchpad.net/~percona-dev/perconatools/tpcc-mysql)
With options:

*** ###easy### TPC-C Load Generator ***
***************************************
<Parameters>
     [server]: 127.0.0.1
     [DBname]: test
       [user]: root
       [pass]: ""
  [warehouse]: 2
 [connection]: 1
     [rampup]: 10 (sec.)
    [measure]: 30 (sec.)

The error emerges:
neword 0:3
1451, 23000, Cannot delete or update a parent row: a foreign key constraint fails (Constraint: `fkey_customer_1`)

MySQL is 5.1.36, PBXT is the latest one from the trunk, revision 677.

I have tested the TPCC benchmark, with FK activated in version 1.0.11.
