Pbuilder can build with different branches

A typical use case for PBuilder is to build multiple architectures and/or distributions with the same trunk and packaging branches. These builds are done asynchronously. As a result, it is possible to get different build results if one of the input branches were to change in the background between builds.

This is probably a rare occurrence as the trunk branches are usually updated between builds.
