[paunch] Allow to pass multiple security_opt

We need to pass multiple security_opt to podman in t-h-t - paunch doesn't support it, while tripleo-ansible "podman_container" role does.

The following patch needs to be backported down to stein:

    Allow to pass a list for "security_opt" param

    Since we can put multiple "--security-opt" in the command line, let's
    reflect it in paunch!
