Patrole should only test glance v2 api

Tempest 16.0.0 only tests glance v2 API [0]:

"Glance v1 APIs are deprecated and v2 are current. Tempest should tests only v2 APIs."

Patrole, accordingly, should prepare to also deprecate glance v1 and only test glance v2.
