Bug Description
Using a file in /etc.
Package maintainers are still able to package such a configuration file to provide different defaultPBs for different distros, while it will be possible for system administrators to provide a different defaultPB for their users (eg. their own pastebin with a definition added in /etc/pastebin.d).
