Problem installing Parcel tracker latest version

I have tried to install several time the app, with the command sudo apt-get install parcel-tracker, i already have the repositories in my software origins.

Source I have added:
deb http://ppa.launchpad.net/torkvemada/torkvemada/ubuntu quantal main
deb-src http://ppa.launchpad.net/torkvemada/torkvemada/ubuntu quantal main

This is what i get when i put the command in the terminal>

And finaly it installs, but install the version 12.12.1, i saw it should be version 14.01.2

I have the OS ubuntu 12.10 x64

Any clue what is happen?
