Bug Description
In Luna the text colors were vibrant and clear. In Freya they are washed out and faded, much harder to see. Either you need to provide a setting for it to adjust color, or simply go back to how it was in Luna.

There are two things you can do to alleviate this.
One, install the Elementary Tweaks from the ppa.
Two, install dconf-editor, and navigate to the terminal tab. You can adjust the background, foreground, cursor color, shape, palette, etc. Basically every setting is there and adjustable.
