typing 'exit' in session doesn't close tab

When in session (I'm using a zsh) and I type 'exit', the current terminal tab is 'stuck' forever and doesn't close.

Expected:
Tab closes when exiting current session.

Fish is fine. I expect bash is fine. What does Ctrl + D do?

Same effect as 'exit' - the cursor goes down one line, and the tab is still stuck.

I'm going to need more people to confirm this with Bash and other shells because I can't replicate it.

I've used bash and zsh and it randomly affects both, specially when having multiple tabs open

Works fine for me. Running latest Luna with Pantheon Terminal version: 0.2.2, Kernel version: 3.2.0-51-generic.

Works fine here with fish, bash, and zsh (with multiple tabs too).

To reproduce:

1. Start pantheon-terminal
2. Create a second tab
3. Drag the second tab out from the window to create a new window
4. Close the first window
5. Press Ctrl + D or type "exit"

or,

1. Have two open pantheon-terminal windows, A and B
2. In window A, create a new tab T and drag it to window B.
3. Close window A
4. Press Ctrl + D or type "exit" in the moved tab T.
