Bug Description
1. Open an image in the Photos previewer
2. Right-click and set as wallpaper
3. Close
4. Look in the folder of the original image.
Expected result: Nothing out of the ordinary, just the original image.
Actual result: a duplicated copy of the image with a name ending in _modified.
