Crop UI hidden, unable to crop photo

Bug Description

Cannot change crop constraining or apply it. Don't know what causes it.

Could be related to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/pantheon-photos/+bug/1354631. Could you try resizing the photos window and moving it away from the dock and then using the crop button?

Nope. I should have been clearer. I can see the square, and resize it. If I want to constrain it, there is no UI for than, and there is no UI to apply the crop.
