Bug Description
It would be great if I could drag images out of Photos into other apps (for example the web browser). That would pretty much eliminate my need to open the File Browser to deal with photos

don't know about photos, but in debian shotwell 0.18.1, this alreaddy works: I can drag items (pics ord vids) to the file browser to "export" them there; never tried drag&drop anywhere else
