Bug Description
Shotwell should expose the web upload actions to other apps via Contractor. This is probably easiest to achieve by exposing them as command-line parameters.
After that's done, we might be able to always handle uploading via the Contractor code path and ditch the hard-wired uploading codepath entirely.
