Bug Description
In Pantheon Mail, I select a block of text by clicking and dragging in the viewer area or the editor of a new email.
Expected behaviour: the text itself should drag, or maybe an outline where I can see where exactly I'm dragging the text to or something
Observed behaviour: Big rectangle with black background appears
