Bug Description
In the compose window, formatting options are hidden in the overflow menu. The can be moved out and placed with the rest of the formatting options.
The radio groups can be replaced with dropdown menus; one for the font selection: [Sans Serif|Serif|

I'm -1 on this. To be honest I almost feel like we should just not have these extra options. Nobody likes getting emails with obnoxious color and font choices in them.
