Bug Description

It's so uncommon for people to actually have gravatar set up that these are totally useless. It's just the mystery man most of the time.

It could be useful, what about the two first letter of the first name and the first letter of the last name when no avator is set?
This is used in iOS and Android and looks very good with different colors.
