Popovers from the login screen have black pixels on their borders

Bug Description
Steps to reproduce:
1. Choose a light wallpaper (the one with the clouds is recommended).
2. Logout.
3. Click on any icon from the top bar (such as 'Power').
4. Notice several black pixels on the borders of the popover.

Actually, I have just noticed that this issue also applies to the borders of the whole desktop. It is much easier to notice it in a windowed virtual machine, but I have just seen it on my native Freya installation too. Please see the new screenshot.
