Bug Description
I am using Elementary Freya in Slovak. The date format in the login screen is shown as:
november 8th
while it should be:
8. november.
After the user logs in the date format is correct at the top of the screen.

Same kind of problem here :
I am using elementary freya (0.3) in french but date format in login screen - and language - in the login screen are english :
saturday, april 11th
while it should be
samedi 11 avril
