Greeter should display a useful graphical error-message in case Clutter can't be initialized

The current thing with "Stopping System V runlevel compatibility" as the last message before the greeter starts is leading people to the idea that this is the actual error message, which is not the case. In most cases it's a error that we can't get a XServer or Hardware acceleration or something like that.
