Cannot set color for files with an apostrophe in the name

Setting color for a file with a literal ' in the name seems to work at first, but the color is reset as soon as the folder is refreshed with Ctrl+R or reopened.

After a bit of debugging I've found that the string with the apostrophe is passed without escaping over D-bus to pantheon-files-daemon and the D-bus call for setting color returns 'false'. It returns 'true' normally.
