Can't select complete file name with keyboard short cut while renaming

Bug Description

While renaming, if <Ctrl + A> Select all command is used, all of the files and folders in that directory are selected rather than the filename.

I think this may be the same as bug 1643526, in which case a fix has been committed but not yet released.

I could not reproduce this with current trunk in Icon View.
