"Inaccessible" string not translated

In detail view, if the modification time in column cannot be displayed, it shows text "Inaccessible". That text is not localized and is always displayed in english.

In recent revisions of Files the word "Inaccessible" appears in many .po files so should be translated. Which revision are you using?

The latest updated package in Loki distribution - according to dpkg that is 0.3.0.5-0~r2398+pkg58~ubuntu16.04.1 for pantheon-files package (and 0.3.0.5 in about dialog).

 I'm aware about the string being translated (found it in translation files and was translated awhile ago), but it's not actually applied in the "Modified" column of detail view.

I just tried running Files 0.3.1.1 under the Slovenian locale using LANGUAGE=sl_SI.UTF.8 pantheon-files in the terminal and the word "Inaccessible" was translated OK ("Nedostopno"). However, I can confirm that this translation was missing for Slovenian in 0.3.0.5.
