Can't move tabs between windows

When I drag'n'drop a tab from one window to the tab bar of another window the tab doesn't move but instead a new window is created. This behavior seems pretty arbitrary. The tab dragging for pantheon-terminal on the other hand works just fine.

I agree the behaviour should be consistent with other elementary apps (Terminal and Srcatch at least) in this respect.

It's not only about being consistent with other elementary apps, being able to move tabs between windows is a great feature that pantheon-files currently lacks.

Also when a window currently has only a single tab and you drag it out it doesn't move the window like it does with pantheon-terminal but instead it duplicates the window.
