Remove the "Connect to Server" from sidebar

Bug Description
Conceptually, the Files sidebar is where you find "places" to go to. "Connect to Server" is not a place, but an action.
I believe Dan was suggesting to use an "inline toolbar" pattern to tackle this. Not sure how this would work.
