Bug Description
I'm having a Folder containing the '#' character in its Name on a SMB-Share. I can browse into the substructure of this folder via Files. However, if I try to select the folder or some subfolder in the headerbar, everything after the '#' character is stripped of and Files is complaining about the non existing path.
Steps to reproduce:
- create a new folder '#other' on a SMB-share
- create a new folder 'second' below '#other'
- navigate into smb://server/
- click on the '#other' path element in the header bar

The previous step-by-step example is a bit misleading. It simply selects the parent folder. A better example would be: share/test# /second
- create a new folder 'test#' on a SMB-share
- create a new folder 'second' below 'test#'
- navigate into smb://server/
- click on the 'test#' path element in the header bar
Tested on elementary loki 0.4.
