Folder containing '#' on SMB share

Bug Description

I'm having a Folder containing the '#' character in its Name on a SMB-Share. I can browse into the substructure of this folder via Files. However, if I try to select the folder or some subfolder in the headerbar, everything after the '#' character is stripped of and Files is complaining about the non existing path.

Steps to reproduce:
- create a new folder '#other' on a SMB-share
- create a new folder 'second' below '#other'
- navigate into smb://server/share/#other/second
- click on the '#other' path element in the header bar

The previous step-by-step example is a bit misleading. It simply selects the parent folder. A better example would be:
- create a new folder 'test#' on a SMB-share
- create a new folder 'second' below 'test#'
- navigate into smb://server/share/test#/second
- click on the 'test#' path element in the header bar

Tested on elementary loki 0.4.

What kind of information is missing resulting in tagging as status/incomplete?

Looks like the comment I made somehow was not recorded. Sorry about that. I could not reproduce the bug on my system using the previous instructions - I was asking what version you were using as bug like this was fixed before. I'll try the new instructions.

Confirmed there is a problem navigating using the breadcrumbs on smb share with folder starting #.

Also noticed that the tooltip for the breadcrumb shows '%23' instead of #.
