I know that there have been plenty of questions out there on how to disable the single-click behaviour of the Pantheon file manager. But, in fact, I really like it, and I'm rather confused by the fact, that this behaviour is implemented inconsistently in Freya: Particularly, we still have to use a double click to choose a file in a dialog. This is highly inconvenient. Since Pantheon files uses the single click paradigm by default, the file choosers should do so either. Finally, of course, it would be ideal if there was a setting for toggling this. |
