Bug Description
If I go to "/home" -> "matzipan" -> "Downloads", I have three columns open in Column view.
If I click on the "matzipan" folder in the "/home" column, the "matzipan" column gets refreshed and the "Downloads" column disappears.
It feels like clicking on an already selected folder in a parent column should not even refresh the "matzipan" column, let alone make the "Downloads" column disappear entirely.

On reflection, I am not sure this is a bug. In the other views clicking on a selected folder causes something to happen (the folder is opened). In List View, even if that folder is expanded to show its subfolders (the vertical equivalent of an expanded column view), the folder opens and the folder heirarchy view is lost.
If a user clicks on something (at least, in single-click mode) the expectation is for something to happen.
In double-click mode, the column does not get refreshed with a single-click (there are some other possible issues with the column view in double-click mode).
I am setting this back to "Opinion" for now.
