Bug Description
Marking file with a color is persistent. Deleting this file, and creating it with the same filename will have the same color as previous one.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Create a file named: "test".
2. Mark it with any color.
3. Delete it.
4. Create it again.
5. It shouldn't have the same color as the previous one.
