Bug Description
1. Perform a local search by starting to type.
2. Type a first character that gives several search results.
3. Type a second character that gives no results.
4. The Search window collapses to show the folder with all the search results in the previous window selected.
The selected item in the folder view should be that currently focussed in the search window, or none if there are no matches.
