Bug Description
In Files, I see items that have been modified the day before, less than 24h ago, marked as "Today at xx:xx" in the "Modified" column (where xx:xx is the time I modified it the day before).
Eg. I modify a file at 10:00 am on Tuesday. On Wednesday at 9:00 am, I see it as modified "Today at 10:00". Obviously it should be marked as "Tue <date> <month> at 10:00 AM".
