Bug Description
See attached screenshot. The icons on the left side of the breadcrumb there are blurry when you select large text from a11y settings. They're also blurry in HiDPI.
My guess would be that we're grabbing the pixbuf directly here

Icons in breadcrumbs are blurry for me anyway (my screen resolution is 1366×768). I tried to temporally install Arc GTK theme and icons are not blurred for me with this theme.
