FileChooserModule doesn't respect .set_filter()

Bug Description

Unlike the normal Gtk.FileChooserDialog, the module doesn't seem to the respect the default filter set by .set_filter (). Instead it seems to keep which ever filter was added as the default.

The construction code does not check the filter setting of the passed in Gtk.FileChooser.
