File Chooser dialog don't have action buttons

Bug Description

I guess this is due to pantheon-filechooser-module. The open and save dialogs don't have action buttons such as `save`, `cancel`, `ok`, `open` etc.

This is an issue in your system configuration, not Files. See http://elementaryos.stackexchange.com/questions/1638/buttons-are-missing-in-the-file-chooser-dialog-what-should-i-do
