Bug Description
If you change the cursor theme via dconf-editor / gsettings to (e.g.) Breeze, Files (unlike other apps) still uses the default elementary pointer cursor in the right / main pane and in the location bar. The click, resize, select text cursors are set by the theme as expected. Also the sidebar and headerbar use the correct default pointer cursor.
So in short: It only affects the default pointer cursor, and only happens in main pane and location bar.
