Bug Description

I can't add a new folder if there isn't empty place in a folder, because I need empty place to do right click there to add a new folder!
If there's no place... how to make it?

To create a new folder in any view, press <Ctrl><Shift>N.

There is no way of accessing the background context menu by right-clicking a "full" list view at the moment. It is unclear what the best solution to this is.

The work around for this at the moment is to switch to Icon View - there is always blank space to click on in this view.

Actually there is another way to create a new folder/file in a "full" list view - press the context menu key while there is no selected file and use the appropriate menu option.

I've had the same issue. Definitely confusing.

Although I would also say the basic idea of right click on file gives context menu for that file, right click on space give context menu for that folder, is itself quite confusing for low profiency computer users, fwiw.
