Possibility to change folder icons[$15]

It's would be cool to have a possibility to change the default folder icon, also in the panel.
This might be used by users to change the folder of cloud services and might be used by cloud service plugins in the future like dropbox, google drive..

In nautilus , you can do that by changing the .config/users-dirs.dirs and adding new folders for example
XDG_DROPBOX_DIR="$HOME/Dropbox"
and the name between XDG and DIR is used for the folder icon , if this icon do exists use it, if not use the default one

bilal-elmoussaoui, png2378: Please confirm that you are referring only to adding new "special folder" icons to be used instead of the fallback default icon. It would not be acceptable to override existing elementary theme icons.
