Bug Description
Die popup search results in "Files" is nice but also quite useless if you need more than a "quickly find that one file".
For example:
I find myself often searching for all jpg images in my "Downloads" folder.
But only having a popup letting me navigate from one jpg to the next gives me no opportunity to narrow my search result further down. For example, sort them by modification date or size. Also, things like deleting files selectively is not doable with the file search as implemented right now.
My suggestion:
Of course keep the search result popup. Awesome for quick search! But to have a way to get the search result in a separate tab, so you have all possibilities to work with the subset of files from here on would be more than helpful.
I guarantee you, every "standard user" is going to miss this feature (my personal experience from supporting countless private customers with there day to day tasks, like sorting vacation photos ;-)
