Use label of root partition (if it's set) rather than "File System"

Bug Description

I have several operating systems installed on my disk and have their partitions labeled accordingly (Xubuntu, Windows, etc.). In Pantheon Files' sidebar each partition shows up with the corresponding label, but the elementary one shows up as "File System". I would like the label I set for the partition to show up there too.

I understand that this may be a convention to make it clear which partition is the root one, so maybe instead of replacing the "File System", the label could be appended (or prepended) to it, e.g. "<MyLabel> (File System)", "<MyLabel> (root)", "File System: <MyLabel>", or something along those lines.
