Encrypted partition is not mounted

Bug Description
When I try to mount an encrypted partition (luks) from an external usb hard drive, it ask me for password, but after I click in "connect" it does nothing. If I install cryptsetup, the problem is solved.
Files should ask to install crysetup, just like totem or other software does with codecs and other stuff.
