user interface(UX) inconsistent on refresh

Bug Description
in freya updated on 17-jan-2015 files is inconsistent on refresh the folder ( press f5 or fn f5 for some laptops)
what i mean by inconsistent is the lock icon on the folders do not refresh on f5 (folder refesh) only when you go out of the folder where the folder is added. and go back to the folder. to see the added folder. only then the lock icon is there.
