Can't copy file via drag & drop

Bug Description

When I open two Files windows and drag a file from one window to the other window, the icon shows me "copy mode", but the file gets moved. There is no possibility to change the mode by pressing an extra key (Ctrl or Alt)

This would be an interesting item. Definitely a wishlist item though.

Confirmed that Control-drag works within a single window (copies instead of moves) but not between windows.
