add a "sync to" option

Sometimes you just want to have two folders synced. If a change is applied in a folder the other one should get this change too.
Right clicking on a folder/file should provide a menu entry "sync to".
Clicking on it should open a modal dialog which is intended to browse the destination folder.
To manage the synced stuff there could be a category called "Synced files".
It could be a little bit ala Switchboard->Applications->Startup.
Maybe rysnc would be a good tool to enable an easy to use synchronization.
